Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club available programs

Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club offers several different soccer programs as shown below. If you are interested in any of these, then use this form to add your name to our distribution list and we will let you know when registration opens for upcoming seasons and events.

Sunnyvale ➃ Soccer	A series of introductory co-ed soccer classes tailored for beginner 4 and 5 year-olds. Classes held in Spring, Summer and Fall.
Spring Recreational Soccer League	Spring season is March-May	Soccer teams with Saturday games, coached by volunteers. For players 5-16 years of age.
Fall Recreational Soccer League	Fall season is August-November
Summer Camps	Come play soccer for a day or for the whole summer! Half-day and full-day options available.
Winter Training	Practice under the lights at our weeknight sessions during January and February
Competitive Soccer	Want to play soccer all the time? Travel near and far with your team and make lifelong friends! Professionally coached training and games. Schedule a tryout with our competitive program!

Recreational Soccer Programs

Registration for the Spring 2026 season is now open!

Early-Bird discount is only available until Jan 7, 2026

Registration will close on Feb 11, 2026.

The 10-week season will have games from March 14, 2026 to May 16, 2026

Sunnyvale➃ Soccer Classes

SASC is pleased to announce our Sunnyvale➃ Soccer classes for Spring 2026.

Sunnyvale➃ Soccer is a series of soccer classes tailored for beginner 4 and 5 year-old boys and girls. Using a player-centric approach, the program will focus on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Within this "discovery phase" players will be encouraged to explore movement with and without the ball through basic ball manipulation and fundamental movement skills. With a focus on "me and my ball" and "me and my friends," participants will be introduced to activities incorporating parallel and associative play. The program is designed as an entry level step on the pathway to entering our recreational and competitive games-based programs.

The classes are led by our Director of Coaching, Andrew Ransome, with an emphasis on inclusion, participation and fun.

Session 1: Wednesdays Mar 11 - Apr 8, from 4:15 - 4:55pm

Tryouts for Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026 Seasons

Sunnyvale Alliance offers a year round competitive soccer program with our Fall Season training starting in early July.

We offer multiple levels of play. Our elite teams have competed in some of the most preeminent tournaments on the west coast, such as Mayor's Cup and Surf Cup. We are also home to top coaches who develop all players to their maximum potential. Come learn a distinct collective style which involves principles for a higher level of play.

SASC Announces New Executive Director

We are excited to announce the appointment of the club's first Executive Director, Marius Röevde, who is joining us to lead and strengthen our programs and operations.

SASC Senior Night 2025

On Thursday, May 15th, we recognized our 2025 graduating seniors with our traditional send-off game against the SASC coaches held at The Kings Academy stadium.

After a warm-up game between the Coaches and a SASC Select Girls Team, the main event was a tight, hard-fought game in front of a huge crowd. The Coaches went up 2-0 in the first half, but the Seniors made a last-minute comeback to tie the game 3-3. Penalty kicks were taken with the Seniors ending up on top 5-4. Congratulations to the Seniors for their many years at Sunnyvale Alliance and we wish them the best in their next chapters of their lives.

Coach Seiji was the winner(?) of the pie-in-the-face popularity contest after the game.

Congratulations to the Seniors and good luck in the future!

SASC Night at BAY FC

SASC Night at BAY FC - Saturday May 17th at 7pm

SASC is excited to present our 1st ever SASC-Bay FC Game. Bring your teammates, friends and families out to support Bay FC, Northern California's only top division women's professional soccer club - right here in our backyard!

On May 17th at 7pm at PayPal Park, Bay FC take on Angel City FC. It's going to be a packed California Clasico, and on the last day of our recreational season! (hey, coaches/managers - end of season tailgate party?)

07B Red Win State Cup

Congratulations to the 07B-Red team and Coach Sully for winning the knockout stage of the U19 Boys Premier Cup division at this year's NorCal State Cup.

Positive Coaching Alliance

PCA Course is available online to all SASC parents

As part of our partnership with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), we are pleased to now offer our parents access to the following online course at no cost:

Second-Goal Parent®: Developing Winners in Life Through Sports

Top coaches and athletes train youth sports parents to focus on helping their children process the life lessons uniquely available through sports. This highly interactive workshop provides specific tips and techniques for parents to use in talking with their children on game day, developing a productive parent - coach relationship, and becoming effective and positive supporters in the stands.
