Tournament Details
- 2-day tournament, no games on Monday
- 3 games guaranteed
- 3rd Place consolation games in every division of 7 or more teams

Registration Deadline
- Application Deadline: May 5th, 2024
- Acceptance Notification: May 7th, 2024
- Late Application Penalty: $75
- Withdrawal Penalty:
- $100 between May 5th and May 7th, 2024
- After acceptance or May 7th (whichever is first) the whole fee is forfeited
Credentials Required
- Any registration passes are accepted - USYSA, USCS, AYSO, etc...
- Laminated 2023/2024 passes (2024/2025 are welcome)
- Medical Release forms - signed by parent (not needed if printed on the back of the pass)
- Official Roster - US Club Soccer, CYSA/USYSA, AYSO
- Loan/Guest Forms signed by all parties - if applicable
- Sanctioning - USYSA and USCS

Guest players
A guest player is any player that is not listed on your official Team Roster.
The soccer age of the guest player must be the same soccer age or younger than the age of the bracket the team is playing in.
- 7 guests maximum for 11v11
- 5 guests maximum for 7v7/9v9
Stay-to-Play Tournament
This is a Stay-to-Play event.
We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venue.
