Announcement of Annual General Meeting - Monday, November 2, 2026
Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club holds a meeting of the membership each year to conduct business of the general membership including the vote for the Board of Directors' seats up for election that year, and approval of any proposed amendments to the
SASC Constitution.

Elections
The following Board positions (and their incumbents) are up for election per our Constitution:
- President - Damon James
- Treasurer - Metin Gokcen
- Recreational Director - Gail Giansiracusa
- At-Large Director - Jason Chan
The term of a board member is two years. The term for these positions starts in January 2027.
Board members are expected to fulfill the responsibilities of their office and attend regular board meetings.
Only current SASC members are eligible for board positions.
SASC is a volunteer run club. The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure of the Club as well as responding to the needs of our members.
