SASC Winter Training
Jan 9th - Mar 2nd, 2019
Reminder: No session on Saturday 2/9.
Starting Wednesday, January 9th, players of all ages and abilities (recreational and competitive) can train as often as you want,
when you want throughout the winter session.
The Winter Training curriculum will focus on technical mechanics, speed of play, transitional play, rhythm changes,
attacking choreography, defensive tactics, small sided games, fitness as well as other key concepts.
Goalkeeper training will be available on Wednesdays.
The 1 hr and 30 min training sessions permit players to train at the appropriate level regardless of their age or gender which promotes competitiveness and is key to player development.
All training sessions will be held at The King's Academy in Sunnyvale.
