SASC Field Allocation Policy
The following policy is defined to demonstrate how field allocations are determined with Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club (SASC).

  1. Assuming all team volunteer expectations have been met, practice and game fields will be allocated in the following order:
    1. Teams associated with Board Members
    2. Teams associated with the specific Board level assistants
    3. All other teams in the order of volunteer hours contributed
    4. Teams that meet the minimum referee requirement of five games
    5. Teams that have not met volunteer requirements will be allocated fields after all teams that have met the requirements are allocated.
  2. Within each scheduling group mentioned above, teams will be scheduled in order of total number of team volunteer hours.
